GABRIEL DESANTO

Gabriel Desanto is a clinical research professional with over 15 years of experience within the healthcare industry, having held varying positions both in pharmaceutical and CRO companies, and working across all phases and broad therapeutic areas in the Clinical Trial environment, including activities in safety/pharmacovigilance, monitoring, and project management.

For the last 8 years, he has been Regional Project Manager and has managed all aspects of clinical protocols in Latin America (including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico). He interacted effectively with other areas, stakeholders (medical, finance & metrics groups, administration, logistics, start-up group), and vendors.

Mr. Desanto was recently promoted to Clinical Operation Director for Latin America, with an active role in supervising Activa CRO’s clinical activities, helping the internal team and clients successfully achieve their planned goals.
